Britton is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but relocated to the Denver metro area 25 years ago. He has been involved with ASCE for over a decade with the Jacqueline Arcaris Scholarship Committee and currently serves on that committee as well as awards committee. He is employed by the City of Arvada, Colorado as engineering manager for transportation. He has more than 25 years of experience in the private and public sectors as a civil engineer. Britton received his BSCE from Lehigh University is a licensed professional engineer in Colorado and Texas.
